What error message, if any, do you get?
Disable Anti-virus before attempting System Restore.

And if you can not do it in Normal Mode, attempt SR in Safe Mode.
Tap F8 at Startup, until you are presented with a list of Options.
Use UP arrow to reach SafeMode, hit ENTER.

describing your problem. Exactly what did you do to try? Exactly what
happened when you tried? If you got an error message, please provide its
text verbatim.
