Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windows>vista>mail (more info?)
when ever someone sends me an email they receive an error message that i cant
receive email at this time, but i still rceive it with no problem.

Sounds like your mail server is having problems.
You will need to take that up with your ISP (or mail provider, if different).
