run time error

I know I'm probably in the wrong area but we are stumped.

When we try to play games in Windows Live Messenger we get a runtime error.

Can anyone supply a solution to this or point us in the right direction for
help?

Have a look at the requirements for the game(s) and see if you need
anything to do with Visual Basic ( VB) .dll or .lib .
