Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>configuration_manage (more info?)

Hi!

Is there a way to let a regular/ordinary user (*not* a power user)
change the power configuration? I've looked in local security policy but
I haven't found anything. Do I to set a special group policy?

Thank you!
