Where can I D load Windows Mail

I would like to download Windows Mail hopefully to read newsgroups I am running Windows 7 on this PC Trouble is I am confused about where I can do this I would rather not have Windows Live Mail Thank You Robert

Would you consider trying an account email address that does not contain a special character such as your _ symbol?
