picture will not open in web browser

I visit a particular web site that lets you download DVD covers.
It has worked fine in the past.

Now when I click on a title to download and view that cover I get a picture
box with no picture with a red square with cross in top left top corner
All other web content loads fine.
This problem is definitely with my system, as it works fine on another
computer.

Is there a setting somewhere to un tick a box, or tick.
I have reloaded IE 7, uninstalled any codec, and anything else that I
thought might have been causing a conflict.

Any suggestions are welcome.
