Hello

I use vista ultimate. I'd like to know if I forget the pasword ( I am an
Administrator ) how can I enter into my pc ( whether its on or off or when I
do a restart and it asks for a password )? Also how can I find out what my
existing password is. Thank you.

As well as reading the contents of the link that Carey provided in his post,
you might also consider creating a password reset disk. Go to control panel
and click on the user account icon. look in the 'tasks' section on the left
of the user account window and click the 'create a password reset disk'
option. You will need a formatted floppy disk to create the reset disk.

Thank you for your replies. John I didn't know about the password reset
disk, nice of you to inform me about it ..... it is much simpler and easy to
reset the password.

Strangely it is something a lot of people actually miss, but it certainly
saves a hell of a lot of trouble if you forget your password.
