how do i set it up? i don't know where to find info on
incomming or outgoing server...

Hi Sherry,

That information should come from the supplier of your email address,
whether it be an ISP or a web-based service (Note that not all web mail
services are compatible with Outlook Express). For instance, setup
instructions for comcast.net (the address you used for posting) can be found
here:
