Post subject: norton antivirus 2000 uninstall

| I can't uninstall my norton antivirus 2000 because I am
currently running XP. It says "unable to locate the
installation log file 'C:\program files\Norton
AntiVirus\nav95.isu'. Uninstallation will not continue"
How can I get this off my computer so that I can install a
new Symantec antivirus software program?

I would try creating a file in notepad and name it
nav95.isu and put it in the location listed below.

I have also had this problem and this seemed to work for
me. But I also was uninstalling NIS2004.
