cannot send mp3 and picture by outlook express

Hi
I am having trouble sending an mp3 and a picture by
email. Format is set at html. I have clicked in the
body of the email,clicked on background,selected music
and have browsed to the mp3 which start playing. I
then click on the picture tab, browse to the picture
and it appears in the body of the msg. Everything is
OK till I hit the send button. Then I get a message
that one or more pictures wont be sent. All that is
being received is the picture. Can anyone help, I
would appreciate it.
