What cleaner?
Generally they are best avoided since they are on par with snake oil
for their curing abilities.
Also used without full understanding so called cleaners can and
sometimes do lead to other issues.
You can safely delete the contents of any "Temp" folders.
Reboot first to be sure no programs are using the temp files.
You may find some have been deleted during the reboot.
