I created a folder icon on my desktop and can't get it to open with the
folders view. So each time I have to: view > explorer bar > folders to
set it. I've got it to work before, but can't remember what I did. Can
anyone help?

Hi ejaggers,

Add the "explorer.exe /e" parameter in the shortcut properties. See also:
