| If Ilook in my computer, the cd drives do not show. In the device manager,
they have a yellow circle with an explamation point. I remove the drivers and
rebooted, and ended up in the same place. The error message says that the
drives are there and find, they, the drivers, cannot find the hardware,
How do I introduce my drivers to my cd players?

Hi, fkosmakos,
Make sure your drive[s] is working. Make sure the
data connectors have not come loose at the back of the drive[s], inside the
computer housing. Check the BIOS settings have not been corrupted. Go into
the BIOS and check the cd-drives are there. Will it boot from the cd-rom
drive? This is a good test to see if the BIOS settings are okay at the
point of boot-up. If it will, then you know that it's the Windows settings
that are to blame. But you have to establish the drives are in working
order first.
