Post subject: Cannot send files or have voice on MSN6
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>messenger (more info?)

I have tried support from MSN and Direcway, and they only
say that it must be the other's software without giving
any solution.

Looking thru MSN support seems to take forever because I
would need to be an expert... is there some solution for
this directed to a humble end-user?

I use direcway satellite and Windows XP home, with MSN6

Will appreciate help, please?
