I was using 4.7 with no problems. I could send/received files, use voice
features, etc. I "upgraded" to 5.0 and lost all capability except the basic
chat. I have TCP/IP installed, UPnP, and have verified by comparing to a
computer which works with 5.0 that all the appropriate services in Computer
Admin are started. My computer is networked behind a Linksys 8 port router
with DSL. Additionally, the sign in process in 5.0 was extremely slow in
comparison to 4.7. I reinstalled 4.7, and all is well again. I'm sure the
problem is a software setting I have configured incorrectly, but have not
been able to find it. Any ideas?

Thanks

Fitz
