my external drives wont open

my computer does show the external drives ( D, E,and F) but they dont
open by double clicking. i can open them using the address bar above.
but when i try to open them normally, by double clicking, i get a open
with dialogue.

i recently had the win32/agent p worm which infects by ie.exe files,
but i removed all such infected files usinf nod32.

please suggest a course of action, i cant format may hard rives for
obvious reasons

You also have intermittent trouble with your Shift Keys.Get another Keyboard,
they are cheap enough.
