Post subject: sending emails
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windows>vista>mail (more info?)

Everytime I try to send an email it ends up in my outbox. It won't send from
their either. I cannot forward anything either. I have windows vista and
anvir guard for my anti virus program. I had mcafee. My desktop works fine,
my laptop does not. My desktop has zone alarm. HELP

Hi Teri,

Check to see if you have a stuck "undeletable" message in your Outbox
(most likely) or other folder. If you do, then read the top portion at
this link and do the section for the folder that you have the stuck
message in. It will get rid of it for you.

Try clearing your outbox with this utility (follow the instructions)
http://www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/Default.aspx
then try sending again.
