I am trying to unistall Quicken and then reinstall it because I am having
trouble opening my Quicken file. When I click the remove button I get this
message "Fatal error occured during installation". How can I remove it now?

Have you asked Intuit? They probably have detailed directions for manual
removal for cases like this. And they are the ones who would (or should)
know best as to what files and registry entries are where.
