error 800401f3 when trying to login to windows mesenger live

have 4 user accounts on one pc but can only access messenger live from 1
the others keep getting error 800401f3.
tried checking settings but cant find anything different, also noticed
when typing name and password it takes ages to appear in box,
any ideas, p s iam new to this so please keep it simple.

Yup, I have the exact sme problem, my kids cant log on their accounts.
But if I try from mine, its fine!
