Post subject: How to disable sound when change volume?

On Windows XP the Volume slider in the Master Volume control makes a sound
when I change the volume.

Making a sound when changing the volume is an AWFUL default behavior for
Windows. Sigh.

How do I configure the Master Volume to make no sound when changing the
volume???
