I'm trying to send fax with fax service on an English version of Window
Server 2003. I add Chinese text into recipient name, subject line and note to
the cover page. The text comes out correctly in the preview but comes out as
square boxes when I view it in the fax console and when the recipient
receives the fax. I tried this directly from the server and still the text
comes out correctly only in the preview. How can I fix this?

I fixed it. All I have to do is to change the font of the cover page template
to a Chinese font. But it is odd that it works for preview, which is why I
haven't try that before. Silly me.
