contacts add automatically?!?!

Hello
all of a sudden my contacts folder is full of people I don't know. It seems
to add all the recipients of collective emails I receive. I can't switch this
option off. How do I tell it to add only the people I ask to be added?

Go to the Tools menu>options>send tab, remove the checkmark from the 3rd one
down.
