No chat

For the last month, everytime I try to go into the chat
rooms I receive this message. Sorry, this page is
temorarily unavailable. I have the 4.6 version. Can
someone give me advice?

What happens if you go to http://chat.msn.com in Internet Explorer?

Also, you'll probably want to upgrade to Windows Messenger 4.7 (4.6 will no longer be able to
log into Messenger in a month or two):
