I have a HP Media center 2005 computer model a1221n that is upgraded
with a 3.4 Ghz, Pentium 4 HT processor. The motherboard is....

the main problem is it only has PCI slots.
My question is I want the computer to record HD channels, however I
only need to view them in SD quality. Since cost is a factor, I am
trying to buy a PCI video card for $40.00 or less. The 3 video cards
I am looking at are all PCI, 256MB and the models number are....

I would prefer to get the cheapest priced card that will do what I
need it to do. I don't even know if any of these cards will do what I
want it to do. I picked these cards because they were 256MB PCI cards
that are less then $40.00.
Any recommendations? If none of these cards will do what I need it to
do, can anybody recommended a budget card?
