How do i add this newsgroup in my outlook 2003? what should i

Although Outlook may appear to be your newsreader, actually it isn't.
What's called the Outlook Newsreader is actually just Outlook Express
running in news-only mode. Outlook itself has no capability to do
newsgroups.
