Word Emailing

I used to have an option in Word that allowed me a choice to either email
from word for review, or as attachment. The new Word in Vista only seems to
allow for sending as an attachment. Is that feature gone, or is there
something that I am missing?

Word does not come with Vista so I take it you had Word or an Office suite
loaded separately. Are you talking about the Send option in the File menu.
This depends on what Email program is associated and set up on your
computer.
