Has anyone come across an instance such as a wireless mouse does not work on
a system that also has a bluetooth device enabled?

It would be better if you could list out the make/model of Bluetooth
and mouse. I have Bluetooth USB dongle, USB wireless network and
several USB wireless Microsoft mice. All seem to work ok.
