Post subject: Windows XP Service Pack 3 Problem

When trying to instal SP3 a message appears which requires me to load the
installation disc for Word 2002. I have not got, and have never had, Word
2002. I have got, and use, Office Professional 2000 but loading this disc has
no effect and installation fails. Help please!
