| I am running Windows Messenger 4.7 (4.7.2009) on XP Pro
and find myself unable to send or receive files sent
through messenger. The error message essentially states
that sending/receiving is blocked, but I do not believe
that to be true. Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.
