Wheres the puzzle

I am not finding or getting this "Puzzle " to solve.

Yes, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC69

In your browser go to http://mail.live.com and log in with that same
account. It will ask you to complete a security challenge. Complete it,
then it will allow access. Hotmail does this periodically when it detects
unusual activity. Questions about Hotmail/Live accounts should be
