Post subject: Web conferencing and access security

Does anyone have an idea why access security has the reputation to be the worst security point as far as web-conferencing is concerned and how can it be made tougher for any hacker to seize or hack?

Dont know if it has the reputation as the worst but it certainly has its flaws.

Best way to secure things is to use an appliance like RHUB's - http://www.rhubcom.com/ - Their appliance allows complete security from IP Blocking to control access codes etc. Check out the website for more details.
