Can I make Windows Vista to appear as Windows XP or Classic? I have tough
time finding files and settings.

Like the MVP suggested - Controlpanel- Appearance.

But Windows Classic resembles ( a very strange ) Win98/2000 look.
Windows XP (Luna blue) Look is simply not there, only Vista Basic which
comes nearest to the XP-like, but has also some uglyness

Right click Start and choose Properties. You can tick for classic mode.
