Vista Admin Account and Napster

I have a strange problem going on with my computer.

Napster only allows the administrator in Vista to utilize their
service, not standard users. I am listed as the Administrator/password
protected and the UAC is off but I cannot access the service no matter
what I've tried with this account.

I enabled my built in administrator account, logged in as administrator
and could access Napster fine (Running program as administrator from
user account did not work)
I created a new user and Napster worked fine

When I copied everything but the NTUSER information to the new user, I
couldn't access it from the new user.

Any suggestions? I really need all of the files and settings for
programs.
