Not every piece of malware is a "virus". All viruses are malware but not all malware are
viruses.

You said "...now the program that I am trying to remove is CA Anti Virus..."

Are you removing CA Anti Virus or are you USING CA Anti Virus to remove the undeclared
malware ?

In actuality you provide zero facts.

What malware ? Name please.

What file(s) ? Fully qualified name(s) and path(s) to the file(s) deemed to be malware.

Try posting again. Use complete sentences and be very clear. CA
AntiVirus is probably a legit program you are using and you remove it
from add/remove in control panel.
