Installed Microsoft Office 2007 the past year.

Unable to open web sites such as posted below:

http://boards.law.af.mil/ARMY/BCMR/CY2005/20050008087C070206.doc.

Attempted to repair, but same result.

Uninstalled IE8 to IE7...same results.

Something wrong with Installed Microsoft Office 2007 installation?
Confirmed web sites are accessable by a friend that opened site.

Clicking that link opens my download manager, asking me where to put
the .DOC file.

It ain't Office 2007.

Was advised a response to my input. Opened the letter, clicked: Read and
rate the response. It would not open. Had to go the route when I placed
input.

I don't know what is going on. Returned to email, and was able to open
response. Quite erratic.
