You can paste your url in the 'Translate a web page' box on this page...

http://babel.altavista.com/babelfish/tr

and then select 'German to English' from the dropdown. Then click on
'Translate'

Paste the url in the search-box

Click on ' Search '
Then click on ' Translate this page '
