Post subject: TOSHIBA 1900 FORMATING PROBLEM

hello all dont know if the first message went through or not so im
writing it again. i need someones advice with a formating problem
which i have with my toshiba i formated it and i wanted to use my
recovery disk to put everything back but its always giving me a error
message saying ERROR PARTIONING DRIVE. dont know what to do. if anyone
could help i would really appriciate it. thanks
