No telling why the shortcuts disappeared from the folders; possibly a
hard drive problem. But, to get the shortcuts back:
Go to the Program Files\Cyberlink folder and right-click the executable,
click Send To: Desktop, (Create shortcut). Go to the Desktop, drag the
shortcut over the Start Menu button, hover, and hover your way to the
empty Cyberlink folder, release the shortcut there.
