Have you contacted the technical support for said purchase/download - on the
web page where you did all this?

Still don't have any clue what you are talking about. Try to give actual
product names and versions - not "program" and "application" but "Windows XP
Professional w/SP3" or "Microsoft Office 2007 Student version" or something
along those lines.
Also - give *exact* error messages - not your interpretatikon of them.
Word-for-word, letter-for-letter.
