Hi -
We currently use "Offer Assistance" within our Domain. My questions today
is ... Is it possible to remote without having the user accept? --- We
often try to complete work requests while staff is at lunch or break - if we
do not catch them before they leave, we are unable to connect. We sometimes
fall back on RDC, but then if they have files open we force everything
closed.??? Not a popular option.
Any reg setting that can automatically allow us in???

Thanks in advance for any help or ideas you might have!!!

No, AFAIK that is not possible by design.
