Hi All

We are looking at using remote assistance to allow users in a remote office
view a 3d model in our main office.

I am testing doing this over LAN 1st and it just doesn't seem possible, as
soon as I switch to the 3d app the screen stops refreashing. If I change
back to say outlook it works again. I've changed the setting to highest
quality but it doesn't seem to make a differnce. For now I'm trying a basic
3D app (dwf viewer or sketchup) Am I missing something?

Appreciate any feedback!

Hi, Gerry,

3D modeling applications don't always work well over a remote connection
because of the number of screen updates required. Business applications such
as Outlook don't require the same number of updates.
