When I try to remote into a XP SP3 machine over internal company network it
does not work. When I hit "Connect" the machine name grays-out for a second
or so and then goes back to white (like it's ready for me to click "Connect"
again). It is only this 1 PC not working. Is there a service that might need
to be restarted or something? Do I possibly need to re-install Remote
Desktop? If so, how?

On the remote desktop (the machine you are trying to connect *to*...) -
download and install the latest video card driver from the video card
manufacturer's web site.
