I have a problem with one of our users. He is unable to share his hard
drives over RDP. he has all the nessary options checked. I also
upgraded his RDP client to version 6 but that didnt solve the problem
so we uninstalled it as he was having problems with speed with version
6.

He is able to print from a RDP connection to his local computer, i
have asked him to try \\tsclient\c$ and he didnt get anything. So im
thinking drive permissions.

I also got him to disable windows firewall and still didnt make a
difference.

There is a group policy setting that will affect this. Have you checked
that? See Table 8-4 in the Resource Kit...

Yea that should all be fine, as we have 100s of people connecting to
the RDP server.
