Once my remote assistant is connected to my PC how do I share with him mouse and keybord control so that he can do the driving?

Greetings BernieD,

Just have him click the 'Take Control' button and then you can confirm (a dialog box will
appear) on your side. If he doesn't have the button, then you'll need to disconnect and the
other person will need to request Remote Assistance.
