RDW connection

Hi gurus

I have a link that will connect me to a outside server, but I am having a
problem, when I type the link the remote desktop web connection page comes up
but the connect buttom is not enable and this page does not ask me to install
the activex component or anything for that matter. no popup comes up asking
me for anything and the buttom is grayed out.

xp home edition sp3
