Post subject: Prompt for dialup - why?

Since yesterday, every so often I get a window prompting me for a dialup
connection - with connect/settings/cancel buttons. I have an active
broadband connection. Why do I get this message and how can I turn it off?

Open Internet Options and switch to Connections tab (Start- Run- inetcpl.cpl ,4)
Select "Never dial a connection" and click OK

Internet options, checkmark "Never Dial a Connection"
