Delete all the software and drivers for the printer and camera.
Disconnect the printer (and camera). Restart the machine. Clean up after
deleting the printer drivers. See this URL:

Navigate to device manager and delete the USB port.
Restart the machine. The port should be reinstalled.
Install the printer driver according to the instructions. Do not attach
the printer until indicated in the instructions or by the on-screen
prompts. Test printing.
Install the camera software according to the instructions.
