Phone call notify

There is nothing in XP that will do what you're looking for. Many V.92
modems come with a piece of software called Modem on Hold that will do
it. There's some information about it here:

If your modem was in the computer when you bought it, check the drivers
disk that came with the computer--the application might be there. If you
bought the modem separately, check the disk that came with it.
