Any light you can shed on this will be greatly
appreciated. When I open Outlook Express, I get the
following messages: 1)Outlook Express Did Not Shudown
Correctly............The last time you ran Outlook
Express it did not exit correctly. In case this was due
to a problem with the last message you were viewing, the
message is not being shown. To view this message any:

Outlook Express
2)Outlook Express has encountered a problem and needs to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you were
in the middle of something, the information will be
lost. Please tell Microsoft about this problem. We have
created an error report that you can send to help us
improve Outlook Express. We will treat this report as
confidential and anonymous. To see what data this error
report contains click here. Send report....Do
not send report.

This has been happening for 2 days. When it happens I am
unable to receive or send e-mail. I have to go out of
Outlook Express and then open it again. I have tried re-
booting, sending the message and not sending the message,
but nothing helps. Is there anyway I can get rid of this
and get back to normal. Thank You

Hi,

Try reinstalling Outlook Express. Satart by going to the Control
Panel/Folder Options/View tab and enable the options to see hidden and
system folders.

Then, open Windows Explorer to C:\Windows\Inf and locate the msoe50.inf
file. Right-click it and choose "install". See if this process helps.
