Can I use Outlook Express 6 to send emails only? Not to receive any
since I use my IPS's webmail (too many junks emails).

I don't see why not, but you will need to put something in the Outgoing
Server box or the Wizard will not move on to the next step. I just tried
it by putting "none" in there and all worked ok. Have a go and see what
happens, it won't hurt anything, the worst that's going to happen is
that you may get error messages, if so, post back.
